Group Classes

Classical Mat Pilates
Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method, this class takes you back to the foundation of control, strength, and precision. Using just your bodyweight, you’ll flow through a series of classical mat exercises designed to improve alignment, increase flexibility, and build core strength at its deepest level.

Full Body Sculpt & Tone
This class is built to challenge every muscle group with a mix of resistance, controlled strength, and dynamic movement. You’ll sculpt lean muscles, tone from head to toe, and build endurance while keeping the intensity high and the impact low. Walk out stronger, tighter, and more defined.

A$$, Arms, & Abs
This high intensity class is dedicated to sculpting and toning the three areas we care about the most A$$, ARMS, & ABS. This class is focused on concentrated movements for targeted results. We will be lifting the booty and toning the legs, strengthening your core, and sculpting your arms and back.

Core Sculpt
Sculpt your body to its core! Energize and transform your front, side, and back with a rigorous class designed around traditional Pilates principals. Retrain your body and mind to work as one with targeted core movements.

Hot Pilates
Heat meets intensity. This low-impact, high-energy class combines classical Pilates principles with strength and cardio work in a heated room. The added warmth deepens flexibility, fires up your core, and takes your sweat to the next level, leaving you sculpted, energized, and grounded.

Pilates HIIT
Where control meets cardio. This class fuses classical Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training for a powerful, full-body workout. Expect explosive bursts of movement, resistance training, and core-focused intervals that build strength, endurance, and stamina

This was my first class and I will absolutely be back! I was super nervous but Jharde’ is an excellent instructor and leader. Class was challenging but the challenge, the burn and of course the motivation kept me going. The playlist was on point to keep us going. I appreciate the clear instructions every step of the way.

Jharde’s classes are amazing, she is a one of kind spirit and a attentive instructor. I’ve lost 22 pounds doing her classes and I absolutely love that for me! This is a diamond in the rough…she creates such a positive environment where you can lose weight, tone up, network and support others on the same journey.
