Everyday we wake up & grind, hustle, and work towards the things that we want out of life. GRND. is not your traditional Pilates class; we combine The Joseph Pilates' method with light weight training, resistance work, and cardio into one effective workout. Our 45 minute high intensity/low impact classes will  improve your flexibility, strengthen & tone your muscles, and increase core strength. In addition, GRND. will present you with an overall long and lean appearance. Our mission is to provide classes that allow our clients to learn and understand their bodies through controlled movements. Our goal is to strengthen you from the inside out, allowing you to navigate through life with the full understanding that you are in control at all times.

Jharde' Johnson

Our dedicated instructor and founder of GRND. has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Jharde' was introduced to Pilates 4 years ago and fell in love with it. She received her Beginner & Intermediate Comprehensive Certification in Mat Pilates in 2020 and has been teaching since. Her classes will leave you shaking & sweating but coming back for more.
