At GRND Pilates, we believe wellness goes beyond the mat. It’s about building strength, resilience, and connection, not just within ourselves, but in the communities we empower. That’s why we’ve created GRND Spotlight, a monthly program dedicated to highlighting and uplifting Black-owned businesses right here in Atlanta.

Why It Matters

Black-owned businesses are the heartbeat of our city. They represent creativity, innovation, and cultural pride. Yet too often, they don’t receive the visibility or resources they deserve. By offering space, support, and exposure, we’re committed to amplifying their voices and keeping the spirit of community strong.

How It Works

Each month, GRND Spotlight features one local Black-owned business in our studio.

• A Dedicated Vendor Station — Set up and sell your products directly inside our space.
• Community Connection — Engage with our growing GRND community of wellness minded members.
• Month Long Feature — Shine as our highlighted business for an entire month.
