GRND. Pilates is a haven, a safe space, a brave space, for people of color to feel welcomed, seen, and included in the Pilates industry. Creating a space for Pilates that is accessible to our community is the driving force behind GRND. Pilates. We understand the importance of community and how powerful supporting each other can be.
